Recently we've started doing things a little differently in an effort to interact more often with our subscribers.
This has included chatting on the phone, sending post cards, sending more emails and (more recently) by creating a Facebook Fanpage.
And the results have been pretty incredible so far with extra sales pouring in as a result of reaching out to our audience in different ways.
