Lee,
This strategy is something I’ve been doing for around 4 months myself and I cam vouch that it really is working fantastically.
There is a lot of information about getting the most out of every product we create (creating a video, that also becomes an audio programme and is transcribed in to a PDF), it struck me a little while ago that we should be doing the exact same thing with the successful sales processes we create.
In fact I’ve taken it in another direction too. I actually wrote a book for a specific niche but made it so that every time something specific to that niche was mentioned I indexed that phrase. For example my book was about blogging for dentists. Every time I wrote about how it would make his patients respect him more i’d take note of the word ‘Patient’.
Now what I have done 5 times since is totally re-brand that book in to different niches by simply using the find and replace tool in my word processor and make those words and phrases specific to the new niche.
For example, i’d find the word ‘patient’ from the dentists book on blogging and use the replace tool to change every mention of the word patient to ‘event booker’ for the speaking market.
This means we can create masses of new content and dominate more niches waaaay quicker than ever before.
Imagine creating a catalog of products and then being able to totally take over a new niche with half a day’s work?
The secret is, as you said – more out for the same in.

Excellent Lee..
I was using the very same method before.
The only difference is that I am modifying the initial broadcast, based on the results I get and then split test it on my follow up messages (on different segments)
This way I can even improve both the email copy, but especially the email subject line.
Good people, on the same thought wave length. Ha, Ha…

It is amazing and thank you somuch.

I used this method too and I said in my message something like…”Hi , you probably are new in my list and I want to send you a message that I sent to my list some days ago. That message was about a great offer and I’m amazed that this offer is still available today……..Check out that message below…..”
Thanks for another top tip Lee. I like the way you do things. Every time you call me back with something awesome for free, I get that bit more tempted to use my next spare cash on your course (but you knew that anyway : )). It’s not easy getting a business started and you’re one of the few I’ve seen yet that seems to be leading by example. : ) Just thought you deserved to hear that.
very nice, i new using autoresponders thaks for the tips and the seminar Lillian Juares
Just wondering…what’s the reason for keeping those textmarkers in your hands ?!
How do you keep your current subscribers from seeing the message a second time? Is that even a concern?
Thanks Lee … funnily enough this is something on my short list to do and you’ve just clarified a few things I should do to make building my auto-responder sequence with the very best email broadcasts.
On a side note (if you got a minute : ) do you have themes for say 5 days etc and keep to one subject, one product or one promotion for a certain number of auto-responder messages?
Thanks for a great 5min tip!
Thanks great tip.
Actually I always sort of wondered how that would work out, send out one message and then what happens to the ones who just signed up.
Now I know. thanks a lot
Thanks for sharing this Lee. I really how you post videos in your blog. This one is really awesome. I really like the subject of list building, that’s why I’m working on it for the past several months now.
Keep it up and looking forward to see more valuable posts from you.
Kind regards,
Gary
great stuff and useful too
Hey Lee,
I like tips like this, short and sweet, but pack a punch.
Will be sure to add my best broadcast emails to the back of my autoresponder sequence, such an obvious idea, but never thought of it doh!
Thanks Sally
Hi Lee,
It’s funny, I had been thinking about this same thing for the last couple of days. Your video made things a lot clearer but I have a question: Wouldn’t it be better to add the broadcast at the beginning of the series instead at the end?
Meaning, if I have subscribers who are just on message # 4 or #5, and I place the broadcast at the end of the series, say message # 27, the later subscribers (on messages 1-26) would get it again. And depending on the message would it even matter?
Thanks everyone for the great comments…. it really is appreciated!
@LoneWolf I don’t worry at all about people getting the same message twice. I USED to worry about this but not anymore. I’ll try and upload a video soon to explain why.
@Allen good question! At the start of a sequence I certainly have a theme, and each message relates to the one before.
But after a while I just drop new messages in and each once becomes “standalone”. I hope this makes sense!
Thanks everyone and keep the comments coming

Hi Lee
As always excellent advice, I’ve been meaning to organise my follow-up messages, and this has confirmed that it’s a must do.
In fact I’m off to do it now before I forget again!
Andrew
p.s. I may even add in some messages for your products!
