Great video as always, really enjoyed it.

Since you prompted people to ask some questions, I thought I would go ahead and ask one!

I have watched your business grow for a year or two now, and in that time have seen you use aweber.com, the infusionsoft software and now icontact to manage your lists.

My question is why?

I looked at icontact and they are excellent, but they limit how many emails you can send before charing you per email. For example if you have a list of 1000 people, they let you send 6000 emails that month, which includes follow-ups etc. For me, this rules out icontact, as I could see that being difficult to monitor and potentially even costly for some one at the start of their membership/info product journey.

You have an aweber account, but don't appear to be using it. So my question is, what was the thinking that has lead you to switch to incontact?

At the moment, I am looking into using an autoresponder, and after ruling infusionsoft and icontact out, I am looking at aweber, profollow or getresponse. I have been put off aweber/profollow however due to the recent aweber security breaches/hacks. Is that something that affected your thought process when choosing an autoresponder?

Sorry for the long rambling question, and I completely understand if you don't divulge the thought process, but I thought I would ask, and I really look forward to seeing, you, James and the team at your next event!

It is interesting to see real details. Especially the honest open rates. It's too easy to think the "big" guys have fantastic open rates, instead of your 5%. Of course, as you say, 5% of ~90K is still a pretty good number. If a significant portion buy, it can indeed be a good payday.

Cool video, thanks for sharing your stats so honestly, I remember when I first started building a list, I expected 100% open and click through rate ha ha, how silly was I.

My list is no where near the size of yours, but I just keep remembering how well you done when your list was small, and I shall try to aim for that at the moment.

Thanks Lee. I have heard you speak of doing a split test and it was good to see exactly how you would do such a thing. I haven't gotten an auto responder software yet so it was good to see it in action. thanks for sharing great content!

You said it, taking MASSIVE action works. I sometimes wish I could be annoyed being more consistent though, I tend to take massive action for a few weeks, then relax for a month or more, that's my work cycle. Still do well though,
