You're absolutely right of course...Putting things in systems is so important and it gives you that extra freedom you want when you just can pass on a manual to another person and at the same time know that the task is being done the way you want, because he/she is following YOUR system which you already know works..! It basically gives you more time...Now it's up to you how you use that time!:D

If you can help me sell your products , to poor countries I can , but if you can't i can ask you to help me start my own business beacause I have had enough working for little and I don't have peace of mind. My parents needs my support ,not forgrttting my children who als do and I have never been there for them . I wish you can understand what that i can do business international but ony through your help. I am just a poor South African with no way out. Hope this reaches you Lee

How about selling cheaper products like herbal products to countries like Zimbabwe , Zambia , Malawi, and Mozambique. They need them but don't have any resources.

Joking aside Lee - good on ya, learned a bit from you and am constantly making more manuals.

Tip to anyone watching - just think how your EMPLOYER (if you have one) runs their busines - they give YOU the jobs to do - and the ONLY waty they can do that is by providing you with manuals/job description/training to do so.

Nothing too tricky, but definitely worth being shown the way how to do it -

Hi Lee Good to see that you're enjoying your holiday. The countryside looks beautiful. I kept looking for the Peroni but couldn't see a bottle anywhere! Another byproduct of writing down all your procedures is that when you get to be an old greyhead like me it means you've got less to remember. It's all in my file named mini manuals. So all I have to remember is "mini manuals" and there are all my guides and "how tos". And please have a beer in the next video so we can see that you're having a proper holiday. Best regards Doug
